Below are the most common questions we have received about our RV rentals. We will be adding more as more requests come in. We will also be adding How-To videos that address common RV operation functions.
What are mileage and generator fees?
Your RV includes a base amount of miles and hours for free, and then a charge for additional usage. Please refer to individual listings to see how mileage and generator fees are handled for your booking. If it’s not listed or you have questions, reach out to us directly for clarification.
RV Return Requirements
Your RV must be returned in the same condition as when you rented. So be a great guest, but please be aware that you may be charged for damaged or lost property, or if extra cleaning is required after your trip ends.
If any damage occurs during your stay, and you fail to leave the stay in good condition as requested by the check-out instructions, or remove items from the property, we will require reimbursement for the incurred expenses.
Seat Belt Requirements
Safety first, always. All states require all passengers to wear seat belts during the operation of the vehicle, including in the cabin. You are also required to meet any laws or regulations concerning child safety seats and other protections for children.
